i like this because i'm in the morning. I we talk about morning routines and on. Made me talk about the diffrence between a routine and a habit, distinction that you have about that. And one of the things that we discourage for our quick brained students is not to touch their phone for the first hour o the day. It's very compelling for people to reach for ther phone because they get that hit. We i've good news and bad news around that. There are some behavior, some habits, that are truly hard to stop.
