Is There Room for Improvement in Your Bedtime Routine?
I think that i have a little bit of trouble disconnecting at the end of my day. My bedtime routine specifically, there's room for improvement there. The cue, obviously, is, i'm tired. And lately it's been sit down and watch a baseball game or an old movie. So i don't know, ah, those are i can think of off the top of his head.
