The Impact of Traveling on Fitness

When you're traveling for work and have to do that, or even like podcast days, it's hard for me to hit hard workouts after that. It is so much easier when you travel and the, you know, I used to do this a lot is it would take my own pedals to do bikes at a conference or something like that. That's probably overboard. A aerobic endurance, if you do no training for a month, yeah, you can expect to lose a huge amount of it over a month. But if you skip it for a week, it's likely since you have allostatic load, it might actually be beneficial to that time off of training. We'll link to
