It can be to get people to do even five minutes a day isn't it? Yes I think on the one hand it's true and yeah I'm familiar with that research. It kind of builds on Professor Suzuki over at NYU measured 12-13 minute meditations and saw real benefits but then they went even further down and they're seeing it so yeah I think it's difficult to get people but what I like to talk about when I talk about it is that this is a lifestyle rightSo it's not that research for example show that if you do it every day for a month I think it was 30 days that were showing the changes.
