Do Sets to Failure With a Higher Percentage of One Rat Max Lead to Fatigue?
There isn't direct research on this to our knowledge. Research would kind of indicate that relative load for the individual, or in other words, percentage of one a max, doesn't seem to drive fatigue. In practice, absolute load seems to be an important variable that influences fatigue. But we don't really detect that in these individuals because their one hudred maxes r ar lower compared to to the vrage person we might work with in practice. So that's kind of where i stand on that, largely anecdotal.
