The Problem With Personas

I think the reason of why there's a list of like the bad, you know, about persona is like we can flip that around. Because I see what you're saying by like, Oh, it can be very lazy because I think that that problem to me comes from creating a persona behind closed door where when you don't involve your team members or stakeholder to be part of that process. It feels difficult to ask everybody to do something that they think is your job. But at the same time, it is something that we really need to be on board that, yes, this is the persona that represents our user group for this project,.
