When we move into specialty the assumption that is that all these support forms of fitness are in place They're accomplished. We've built good muscle endurance. We've Honed your form. We've worked on strengthening on the bike off the bike, etc All these things are here So now that we we can get super specific with what you need to be able to do and some of those things are probably largely in place. But when it comes to cultivating certain types of fitness and anaerobic capacity springs to mind You may or may not be to be Able to rally those troops in that duration.
