The UAT, User Acceptance Testing for Analytics Events?

I've often heard people talk about the classic UAT, user acceptance testing for analytics events. And that's something that I don't think people start building unless they see the need to do it. We try to implement everything in a way that cross-platform analysis are possible because a lot of the features live in multiple apps at the same time. So we have to be able to look at the user's entire journey.
