I took a couple of days off because I was sick as well so I ran a 5k on Saturday at Colliewood and ran a PB. So the focus for me is just to hit my down week sort of mileage which is like 60 k a week. And then I'll head into cross country. My sweet spot was exactly what you were doing just get to the end of the season and go alright, let's just focus have a couple of weeks up has a couple ofweek to put the feed up a little bit more. Yeah, I think it's just getting on a plane.Yeah, I'm lucky because the weather was not too good. No one really raced fast.
