The Fatigue Is More Important Than the Physical Activity Guidelines

The relationship between these surregate markers and actual outcomes, particularly over a long period of time does not impress me much. At some point there should be an inflection point where you're better able to tolerate that stuff, and then fitness adaptations are better able to be demonstrated. It's probly not gong to be eight weeks. It's probably not going to be 12 weeks. And if your squat happens to go down or plateau for a few weeks, i think that's ok,. unless you have a meeting to i disagree with everything. I will accept no depression in my squat, right?
