Running Marathons on Strava - How Did They Progress?

I'm seeing some of the runs on Strava for you. Eat like, yes, you're running your marathons at a 150 heart rate. I sometimes see a 155 heart rate. But some of your recovery runs are like 11 minute miles and at 113 beats heart rate average. So that's how it seems to work well for me. And I don't feel like I need to do something drastically different.
