What Does It Mean to Be White?
In order to increase diversity, groups have to look at you outline three key things. One is bias, one is micro aggression, and one is privilege. So most white people that i've encountered haven't thought deeply about race. And another thing that i like to talk about is that my croogressions usually have good intentions behind them. But if the first thing out of your mouth when you meet somebody is something about how that person is different, you're immediately pushing that person away.
