Is There Any Science on Temperature?

The number one mitochondrial supplement that I'm going to recommend is a very old plant medicine. It's called coffee or tea or chocolate and it's because your mitochondria rely on polyphenols. The emerging data is that you need to do 57 minutes of heat exposure per week, ideally in three sessions. And you need about 11 minutes of cold therapy, ideally in 3 sessions.
