There's a lot of people who just really struggle with, ieproaching so satiating, but especially fat. They just have a really hard time with it. I can eat fat all day long andt it just doesn't affect me. But that's really rare. You know, if they're used to eating 30 grams of fat a day or something totally moderate, to bump that up, they really struggle. And fat's a big issue for women of my generation as well, because we were brain washed in the low fat movement.
