Asona interviewing is a guidingcommunication style where basically you help people make the best decisions for themselves. It comes out of particularly work having to do with substance abuse, where they realize that telling people what to do just wasn't particularly productive. The motivational interviewing is most successful in insituations of higeevolence and it's less successful when people have already made up their minds.
