How Do You Know When You're Having a Stressful Night?

In the middle of the night when i wake up to p but i look at my phone to see what time it is, it does kind of alert me to stay up longer. And it's harder to fall back asleep after that. Verses just not looking at any screen at all. Or the mornings, i do check my phone before getting raw sunlight, it does impact my body. So it's like all these little ways that are kind of almost small fixes, not easy, but small, that we don't realize are sort of sucking our energy and changing our stress responses inside.
