The closer I get to the race what will happen is that I remove more of all the other training around there to allow them to have more let's say energy or calories available to focus solely on the specific session. so do you try and find specificity only in terms of single sessions like we're going to go do this five hour bike ride with 30 minutes warm up 30 minutes cool down and four hours at Ironman pace? The next day or two days later you you go and do 30 to 40 Ks of running with some long intervals that for Christian and Gustavo 3 33 35 per K and a lot of it 20 30 Ks worth worth of it.
