Exercise does all of those things. If you can just do regular exercise, it gives you all of those advantages. But doing exercise takes time and it takes time. 80% comes down to eating. We have to get our eating figured out. Just going out and exercising is not enough. It's good for cardiovascular health and for muscle strength. People are often very well intentioned.
