Spencer: I find that people are a little less attentive to the skip levels in general. So, yeah, how do you schedule yours or make sure that those get done? This is something that I guess I've learned the hard way. If I don't put it on my calendar, it is by the time the week of rolls around, it is very hard to find space. And so at that point, I made sure to schedule it recurring.
