A lot of times those personality traits turn into like stubbornness that it leads them to running through an injury or returning to running too quickly from an injury and just overdoing things. So there are some positive attributes to those sort of personality traits, but you can also recognize that there is some behavior within those trites at could lay to injury and conlay to a bit of a damn fall in some stages.
