Greg, I'd love it if you could zoom all the way inside your brain for specific self talk approaches that might model this in practice. Beating yourself up does not work. It's ineffective. Worrying doesn't work. I caught myself. We need to reduce how often and how long we beat ourselves up. So always talk about what they want to do, but you've got to not just dream big. You've got to believe big in order to become big.
