Do You Do Nasal Breathing When You're Running?

The nasal breathing, while it might have a physiological detriment, has a like a psychological sinnering quality to it. So if when you're runningi if you're able to breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth, then who am i to tell you otherwise? Pattenn: There's always a reason why people breathe the way that they do. It's not to say that we should just accept the way tha people breathe. But there's no or wrong way to breathe necessarily.
