Cider is a fermented apple drink with pear juice added as a flavoring. The most important thing is that you've got to have this fermented apple orin all potentially the fermented pear. You can't ferment a raspberry and call it a raspberry cider, and you now call it anything x cider. There's been an incredible proliferation of flavored cige ciders over the course of the last 15 years in the u.k. And their fun and they're playful and they're creative. Bute.
