The Importance of Incentivizing Sales
When you incentivize someone and you empower them to be able to impact their own economy through making sure the customer is taken care of, I think what you do is you level the playing field too. And there's nothing more empowering than knowing that if you're doing a good job, you're going to be rewarded. So it's not just a one-in-done or a closed-the-sale and then it's over. It's continuing that relationship. The silos have come down between marketing, sales and product development and customer service.
