Adrian: If there's such a clear ROI and there are people, B2B salespeople who do nothing but this all day long, when does it make sense for you to invest in a full-time human to do this for you? Adrian: I think at some point in the semi-neigh future, it'll probably need to be a full- time position. And so, if this means I have to spend a little bit more time on this each month, so far, I think that has made sense.
