The Importance of Service Design and UX
Service design is the orchestration of all of these moving pieces, which includes employees and third-party partners. And that delivers an experience to customers. So how did you discover this? Have you always been in service design or have you sort of gotten into this space from an adjacent field? No. I started off doing that visual design stuff and, you know, in the nascent years of the web because I moved from Miami where I was doing like high fashion.
