Use of colonasterus inhibitors declined substantially after these reports were published. Many clinations came to view t c a overdose as an absolute contra indication for their use. More recent analysis sof the use of physo stigmine in delirium, but not seizures have demonstrated reasonable safety. The use of iso stigmine is still controversial, so make sure you consult with your local toxicologist and or poison control if you are considering using it for t c a related delirium.
