How to Gauge Recovery From Sessions

The key for me is even just the demeanor they turn up at the session. Sometimes you can see an athlete walking in their shoulders might be slightly down or they're not talking as much as they normally do. That's to me, something could be going on outside of their training but that could be a bit flat. Also just watching them warm up and do their strides. You can see when athletes sort of got the hips up, they're bouncing off the track, you know, looking great. Sometimes an athlete looks a little bit flat and tired.
