In this special and not at all festive Special Episode,  Alex and James discuss how Christmas (or any large festival-type event) can be a trigger for many of the issues that ADHD adults have. Whether it's impulse spending, anxiety around parties or any of the many other issues that Christmas brings,  it can be a weird old time. As usual, personal reflections, top tips and 'What did James lose this week?" all appear. Alex can't work out how to turn his Christmas jumper on and James can't handle parties.
