The Different Positions of the Elbow Flexor Group
Quads have one attachment, hamstrings have two therefore we can start separating out behaviors of the medial and lateral hamstrings groups. positions are proximal and disjoints. resistance profile is then the position is proximal and distal joints. Third one then is the planar motion. So if you're talking about deltoids, we've just been talking literally, we'vejust been talking about del toids. Obviously, if we start working in scapula, frontal, sagittal planes, we're going to get different parts of the deltoid complex that are going to be activated because we're moving in a different plane of motion.
