Do You Have a Horizon Focus?
Hierarchy focus is at the top, meaning purpose and principleso. Just below that horizon too are areas of focus and accountabilities. These can be both personal and professional in nature. And if you don't know what you're committed to do, how can you know that you're doing a good job? That's not possible. So so to identify or up date your areas ofocus at work, and you can do that on your own or with your superior - try to make sure that you have a clear image for yourself.
