Innovation is a capability that needs to be built and nurtured, just like any other. The best thing your listener could do is come up with a lot of ideas. If every problem is, if you've got to make a presentation at work, the best thing your listeners could do is coming up with a lots of ideas. It's about 2000 ideas for one commercial outcome - it's mind-boggling.
