There is a lot of research going on and almost every single one of them shows that when people take multivitamins compared to when they don't. Because nobody can patent essential vitamins and minerals meaning nobody can own the right to distribute specific complex or let's say B vitamins, pharmaceutical companies are not interested in making them into something your doctor would advise to be prescribed to you. For me personally, I do not, since I started taking multivitamin and multiminials and it happened quite some time ago, I step experience any side effect to the point that I even sometimes forget, am I supposed to be having this time in my life right now?
