Do You Like Splitting Your Training?

I like having the option to do, like we didn't raly. The thing i didn't like about splitting it was, i feel like i always was thinking about the second session. Sometans, if you like, my skin hurts more, especially if it's skin, it hurts more. If you like, take six hours off and come back, then you're almost worse off than if you just pushed through and did the whole thing in one big junk. I enjoy the like try hard that it takes. And i've been liking the profression and having quantifiable goals on it,. Having numbers to look at that you can see progress, i really like it.
