The Importance of Peer to Peer Collaboration

I ran marketing inside local TV stations for a dozen years before joining Baumbaam. I met people coast to coast who were doing the same thing. These problems are not unique. You probably know this network of people well enough to say, if I have this type of question, I'm going to him or her. So there's definitely a lot of collaboration in our organization.
