What Is Mindfulness?
There are many types of meditation, even within buddhism. But the foundational practice is called mindfulness. A mindfulness has just two very simple ideas. One is to bring the attention to one point - and it could be a picture or lamp but we use the breath. The other point is that whatever arises in your mind while you're attempting to cultivate that ity, i is considered to be fundamentally unproblematic.
