The Value of Food

How do you stop those knee jerk reactions to do something like grab a bag of chips? You create a barrier. How do you get yourself moving? We value food for its palatability and pretty much that's how we value food is how palatable with it, right? There's also, how does this make me feel emotionally? How does this affect me physically? What are my emotional ties to the food? And there's foods that we connect with people over. So really understanding all the values of food will help us make choices that are good for us that serve us.
