I think that so many people avoid their own emotions instead of feel them. I don't know how to explain it, but being alone has become my favorite thing. Just like doing things that used to kind of scare me to do alone, like going to eat, for example, by myself, used to terrify me,. And now I'm like, I feel empowered when I do it because I get to be with me and I have turned myself into my own best friend. Because you've created- Does that make sense at all? It's because you created a meaning and a meaning behind it of what it will evolve into.
