What Makes a Brand Scalable?

I used to complain about how hard it was to build sweet green, but I am so happy about today. The execution of the moat is really something that sets it apart. We source the food locally. We make it from scratch every day. We have 6,000 team members that do this. And we've built a lot of the technology stack that powers this. It's unbelievable. Maybe someone told you 40 years ago that there's going to be 30,000 of these across the world of selling what is really a commodity product.
