Do You Know What's in Your Food?
We need to get more savvy at reading what's in the food that we purchase and we buy. Reading labels is quite deceptive, doesn't always give the full picture but it would help if we could understand a lot of the words. Look out for disclaimers on their website, little things that will literally be saying this isn't a guarantee of XYZ but this is recommended for this. They'll have done their research and on the subject of words you can't pronounce.
