When you were a kid, it was very high when you could go out and just play and feel good. And then in high school we start going, ok, while, i got to get really strong, so i get in the weight room. Well, now i don't have enough time for locomotion. So i used to get three hours a day as a kid, and now i get 20 minutes at the end of my strength training workout. I would try to get like one minute in the wait room to every four minutes of natural locomotion. O right. Moving on to number eight.
