Anxiety is about an elevated level of perceived threat. If you have poor quality sleep, that is going to elevate your levels of anxiety. Even on a genetic basis, there is an incredible amount of overlap between the genes that influence the development of insomnia and the genes that Influence Anxieties. So I can't put it off any longer and I really need to get into what people really, really want to know which is how to overcome insomnia.
