When you get a brand new athlete what's going to be your go-to process yeah so I kind of look at it and kind of three different ways or three different sections of like a physical body. Body structure, movement testing and then athleticism and fitness for me is just okay how can they produce force and velocity specifically embossed by looking the context of like jumping sprinting and changing direction. So from there that gives me a little bit of an ideaOkay well how is he able to take his body structure his the form of his body and move with it and coordinate it? That would be something I would certainly collect during like a draft processYeah You know we'll get some body composition
