What Was That First Practice Like for You?

I think the big like the big thing was just realizing that my body felt better. And then kind of with it my mind did too and I think once you get into kind of that consistent practice you start craving it. So I had several years there where it was like not as consistent it was in and out. But then kind of life through me another curveball and the only thing I could do was like show up on my yoga mat to to get through it.
