The Pros and Cons of the Apple Cider Vinegar Diet

The ACV cider vinegar diet advocates taking one to two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar mixed with water per day. In terms of direct weight loss, for me, the research was not convincing that it was anything much more than a placebo. So I'm going to give it a middle of the road three or four because it really does depend on how you use it. You have to be careful with drinking a ton of straight vinegar. It could cause tooth erosion and irritate your stomach. But in terms of supporting weight loss, I think I'd give this almost, can I give it zero? Is that okay?
