The Importance of Practice in High Performance

High performance has a lot more to do with the way that you think and sort of the things that you practice over and over and over again. Bryant was really well known for like getting up super early, you know, not practicing once in a day, but more like four or five or I don't know how much like it was an obscene amount of numbers. He would challenge his teammates to be there as early as he would. There's still a lot of mental in there because it's a hand-eye coordination, a lot of different things involved there.
