How to Eat Carrot Tops

A lot of house plants are supposedly poisonous because of the oxalate content within the plant. When you look at something like fresh spinach out of the garden, there's a decent chunk of oxalate and not a ton. Radishes are one of my favorites to put tops and tails back together in cooking. Beets and beet greens are fairly popular as well.
