The Importance of Being Aware of Your Implicit Biases

Sonny: Just being aware is not enough. We oftentimes think of hey let's do this IIT and so I'll be aware. That's not enough. So while yes I totally agree that the Harvard test is a great start. It can't stop there. Sonny would love to hear more in terms of those best practices thinking about like is there things that you do at your institutions or maybe things that you presented as part of your workshops around what can be done.
