The Importance of Intensity in Training
I agree consistency is king it's the key to most success I would say and what's your favorite race. Individualization of training is something that we talked about as it relates to the triathletes training bible. The importance of intensity in training like doing via two max intervals and strength training can help really reduce the decline in performance. Sport psychology and mindset are huge they are really putting limitations on you or can put limitations on you if you don't work with them.
