How to Sleep in the Middle of the Day?

CS: Back in China, we had like 10 minutes between two classes and everybody goes outside. And then it's all lumped together. I remember class started at around like 713. CS: So my question would be, why does nap time seem to disappear at first grade? Like it's good for kindergartners, why couldn't it be good for everybody? In some schools, they do have it. The new desks that can be transformed into a bag during lunch.
